Associate Dean for Research and Professor of Law

As technology makes rapid changes in our world, Keith Robinson uses his background as a nationally recognized patent scholar to focus on how we govern this emerging technology. Robinson is exploring how AI may impact obtaining U.S. patents and giving his students a framework for thinking about how future AI-related legal problems might be resolved. His articles on intellectual property law have been published in law journals across the country.
